Life's too short to eat bad BBQ!

Located at 122nd and S. Harlem Avenue in Palos Heights, we are very excited to serve some of the finest BBQ around. True to tradition, BBQ here is dry rubbed and slowly smoked hour after hour with hickory or apple wood. Starting with the freshest, highest quality ingredients we can get our hands on, we put a tremendous amount of care and pride in each dish we serve.

While BBQ is our specialty, we also offer a wide selection of other options. From ½ lb black angus burgers like our Jalapeno Cheddar Burger, dishes like our Parmesan Crusted Chicken, to salads like our Mediterranean Village Salad there is something on our menu for everyone.
